Professional Skills

 Culinary:

  • Develop wide range of recipes and menus that exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables and desserts in a variety of environments including restaurants, institutional kitchens and “on-location” facilities.

 Event Catering:

  • Collaborate with customers and personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of guests.
  • Manage the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to deliver event essentials per customer requirements.
  • Monitor budget to enable efficient operation, and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations.

 Customer Service:

  • Interact with a broad range of customers utilizing excellent organizational skills to arrange and coordinate special events that include weddings, receptions, corporate-outings as well as everyday lunch and dinner planning.
  • Ability to listen to customers needs.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing environment while meeting customer requirements.
  • Extensive base of satisfied, repeat customers.
