  • Co-owner of Fiddlehead Concepts (www.FiddleheadConcepts.com), founded in May 2004, a business specializing in catering and event planning with an emphasis on creating menus that use fresh, locally grown produce, spectacular food displays and memorable events.
    • Advise clients in all aspects of planning and executing successful events
    • Design menus that reflect the style of the event and use nature’s bounty of the season to enhance the event
    • Hire, train and coordinate service staff for events that range from 8 to 300 guests

 

  • Event coordinator and service staff coordinator for private parties in the greater Rochester and Finger Lakes region for over 8 years.

·    Supervise wait staff at the 2003 United Way Luncheon Fundraiser

·    Assist with meal preparation and bar service for the 2000 Hillary Rodham Clinton Campaign fundraiser
